Line Item Overview
Understand what a line item is in Ui.Marketing and all of its functionality
Sold line items are the individual products purchased through proposals or order submissions within Ui.Marketing. They are used for order management and communication regarding updates, asset gathering, and fulfillment requests.

Step-by-Step Guide
- Navigate to theline items table and locate the line item you want to review. Click on the line item name.
- Now that you are within your line item, let's walk through the header area first. You will see a flag in the top left-hand corner of the navy blue header. This flag with either be blank or red. A quick hover over a red flag will give you the reason the line item is flagged.
- Next, you will see the status of your line item. Learn more about statuses here.
- Below the status, you will see the product name, the Ui.Marketing Line Item ID, and the order name which you can click to easily navigate back to the order.
- If you want to change the name of your line item, click on the ✏️ icon to the left of it.
- Above the blue banner, you will see breadcrumbs helping you understand who this order is for. You will also see an info icon and if you hover over that, you will find more metadata about this line item including: Partner, Division, Advertiser, Fulfilled by, and Sales Representative.
- For more actions, you can click on the ellipsis (three vertical dots) in the top right-hand corner. Within the menu, you can navigate to the Advertiser Summary report, see line item history, or adjust the width that Messages take up on your screen.
- On the left-hand side of the line items view, you will see various "cards". First, you will see the Line Item Management card. This displays who requested this order, who is following this order, and if you have associated or want to add an external ID.
- Under the General & Allocations card, you can see what information was submtited when you sent us the line item. Under Allocations, you can stay up to date on the current allocations for your campaign.
- Under the Targeting card, you will see the geographical and audience targeting (if applicable) you selected when you submitted this line item.
- Within the Assets card, you can see what assets you originally submitted. To submit new assets, please send them to us via Messages.
- If your line item is live, you can click on the Reporting card to see high-level metrics and easily navigate to the Advertiser Summary report.
