The Ui.Marketing Business App and Conversations AI Beta are only available in the US and Canada.

The Administration section provides comprehensive management tools for your platform configuration, team management, and business operations. This centralized hub gives you control over all aspects of your Vendasta platform setup.

Core Admin Areas

  • Account. Easily edit your business profile within the app to ensure all of your listings are up to date. 
  • App Settings. Configure app-wide settings around automations, integrations, CRM objects, Score, and My Meetings. 
  • AI Settings. Links you back to the AI area within the application to update your knowledge base and configure your Conversation AI. 
  • Conversation Settings. Connect and manage all of your conversation channels, and configure email and SMS.
  • Delete Business. You can request to delete your business from the Ui.Marketing Business App.
