The following assets must be provided in order to both test email campaigns and set them live
Subject: A subject line is the first single-line text subscribers see after the sender’s name when they receive an email from you. We can also add in personalizations to. For best practices, please see Email Marketing Subject Line Best Practices
From: The 'from' line of an email shows the recipient who sent it (please note, due to CAN-SPAM compliance, we are unable to use an email address as the From line). We recommend using the advertiser name the line item is under
Send Date: The Send Date you would like your email campaign to go out. For best practices, please see Best times to send an Email Campaign
Send Time: The Send Time you would like your email campaign to go out
Send Time Zone: Time Zone must be included with Send Time
Total Email Quantity: how many email recipients you would like the campaign to go out to. If you don't know how much available you have in your target audience and geo, please request an email count here!
Geo: Targeted Geography: We accept cities, states, DMA’s, MSA, and zip codes. We can also target the entire USA. See Basic Email Targeting Options for more information
Audience: Targeting Demographics. See Basic Email Targeting Options for more information
Test Seed List: A seed list includes your email, team members who need to approve the test email, and possibly the client. A test email is sent to the seed list for approval before the actual email campaign is set live. The seed list also receives the email when it goes live.
Live Seed List: This includes any emails you would like to receive only the live email (this is not required)
Creative: Email Marketing Creative Guidelines
We accept email creatives in the following formats:
- HTML (RECOMMENDED)

JPG, PNG, GIF, or PDF image file to be made into an HTML file with provided CTURL(s).
- if you supply multiple links to splice the static image into, please ensure you provide a link map explicitly stating what element the image links to.
- HTML .ZIP FILE
- An HTML file that does not have images hosted on a server and is sent via a .zip file. Please ensure the .zip file is sent to us in the following format:

The creative (HTML file) must be named “index.html” and located in the root folder.

Images referenced within the HTML must be located in a folder called “images” within the .zip file.

Images referenced within the HTML file must be relative URLs, with “images/[image name]”. Replace [image name] with your actual image name. No spaces are allowed in the image name.
