Creative Services Business Rules

This article will discuss the new creative services business rules, which take effect on July 1st, 2023

Required Materials:

  • Creative Brief: A comprehensive creative brief outlines the objectives, goals, and desired outcomes of the ad campaign. It provides information on the target audience, desired tone or mood, key messages, preferred ad formats, and any specific requirements or restrictions.
  • Visual Assets: If the client has existing visual assets that should be incorporated into the ad creatives, such as product images, logos, or relevant photographs, these should be provided. High-quality images in the appropriate formats are preferred.
  • Copy or Text Content: If the client has specific copy or text content that should be included in the ad creatives, such as taglines, slogans, or key messages, it should be provided. Clear instructions on the desired placement and emphasis of the text can also be helpful.
  • Call to Action (CTA): The client should specify the desired call to action, whether it is to visit a website, make a purchase, sign up for a newsletter, or any other action they want the audience to take. The CTA should be clear, concise, and aligned with the campaign objectives.

Business Rules

  • Delivery Timeframe: All creative service products must be completed and delivered to the client within one business day from the time the order is placed.
  • Submission Deadline: The client must provide all necessary materials, briefs, and requirements for the project by a specified deadline, typically before 2pm EST on the previous business day to ensure timely delivery.
  • Revision Policy: The client is entitled to 2 revisions within a 2 week timeline, unless previously agreed upon.
  • Communication Channels: The client and the creative team should establish clear and efficient communication channels to address any questions, clarifications, or feedback promptly. This communication will be through Ui.Marketing.
  • Scope Limitations: The creative service product will be limited to a defined scope agreed upon with the client at the start of the project. Any additional requests or significant scope changes may require an extension of the delivery timeframe or incur additional charges.
  • Force Majeure: Unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, technical failures, or other events beyond the control of the creative service provider may result in a delay in delivery. In such cases, the provider will communicate the situation to the client and work towards resolving the issue promptly.
  • Quality Assurance: The creative service product should meet the agreed-upon quality standards. The client has the right to reject the product if it fails to meet these standards and request appropriate revisions or a refund. Revisions due to quality issues will not be counted towards the 2 revision limit.
  • Confidentiality: The creative service provider must maintain strict confidentiality regarding any sensitive or proprietary information shared by the client during the project. Non-disclosure agreements or confidentiality clauses may be included to protect both parties.
