Video Specifications

There is only one type of video asset in Performance Max campaigns. This asset is specifically for YouTube, but it can be displayed via the Display Network expansion. 

  • Video(s) must already be uploaded to YouTube and you will need to provide our team with a URL. Please ensure your video is set to "Public" or "Unlisted" before sharing with us. 
  • Format: MPG (MPEG-2 or MPEG-4) 
  • Minimum length: 10 seconds
  • Required Ratio: landscape (16:9), square (1:1), or vertical (9:16). We recommend at least one verticle video and one square video
  • At least one vertical video between 10-60 seconds for Shorts eligibility
  • Up to 5 videos can be provided, we recommend 5
  • HD video is preferred
