TikTok Creative Specifications

Creative specifications to run a TikTok campaign

There are two different creative options on TikTok; video and a display carousel. Since TikTok is primarily a video platform, we recommend using video creatives whenever possible. The display carousel can be used if the advertiser has no video assets.

Aspect Ratio

9:16 recommended

We can also accept 1:1 or  16:9

Video Length

9-15 seconds is recommended

Minimum: 5 seconds

Maximum: 60 seconds

Brand Name

Name of your business

Up to 40 characters long

Ad Description

Caption at the bottom of video

Up to 100 characters long 

Profile Image

Picture of logo

Square image (1:1)

    Verticial image orientation is recommended, but we can accept square or horizontal

    Resolution

    Please select the song from TikTok Commerical Music Libary.

    We will need the exact name of the song, name of the artist, and length of the song.
