Troubleshooting our Geofencing Product in Proposals
If you ever get stuck in our Proposals tool after adding Geofencing to your proposal, follow these tips below to see if this resolves the issue!

Common Geofencing Proposal Problems:
Make sure that the file you are uploading to the proposal is a CSV file
- Our tool will not allow you to upload Numbers, Excel, or any other file
- The file MUST be a CSV
- Please see the correct format CSV file attached to article
Geofencing file must have a "Start" and "End" date
- The "Start" and "End" date refers to how long of a lookback period you want our team to target
- The "Start" and "End" date must be physical numbers
You MUST upload a Geofencing file to proposal in order to submit the proposal for "Under Review", generate the proposal, or Submit as I/O
You cannot make any changes to the proposal once it is confirmed by our team
- You will need to reach out to an Admin in order to alter the proposal
