Common Geofencing Proposal Problems:
Send Geofencing targeting lists once you have submitted your order
- Our Proposal tool only accepts CSV files of zip codes in the geo targeting section. If you wish to send us a list of target locations for polygons, please send that to as an asset or a message once you have submitted your Proposal into an Order.
Geofencing file must have a "Start" and "End" date
- The "Start" and "End" date refers to how long of a lookback period you want our team to target
- The "Start" and "End" date must be physical numbers
You MUST upload a Geofencing file to proposal in order to submit the proposal for "Under Review", generate the proposal, or Submit as I/O
You cannot make any changes to the proposal once it is confirmed by our team
- You will need to reach out to an Admin in order to alter the proposal
