AI Web Chat: Captures leads on your site.  AI Voice Receptionist: Answers your phone for you. 
Missed Call Text-Back: Instantly texts callers.  Conversation Handling: Speaks naturally to callers.
Appointment Booking: Via chat/text. Call Routing: Transfers complex issues to staff.

⚠️ This product is not HIPAA compliant, and should not be recommended to advertisers within industries requiring strict security. This can include healthcare, business associatates and subcontractors, and some lawyers/law firms, accountants, and insurance agents. 


Getting Started

Great news! Our team handles the initial set up and configuration of Conversations AI for you. Once our set up is complete, we will require you to add the Conversations AI script to your website's code. From there, we will give you access to the Ui.Marketing CRM where you can keep your Conversations AI updated with the latest and greatest information. 

Below is the information we need in order to get started: 

Website & Backend Access 

  • Website URL
  • Access to add a piece of code to the universal header of your website. 

Google Business Profile (GBP)

  • Please share the direct link to your profile and confirm accuracy. 
  • If you don't have a GBP link, please provide the following information:
    • Business Name
    • Address
    • Phone Number
    • Website
    • Hours of Operation

Branding

Please attach your favicon or preferred branding elements. 

Additional Resources to Reference

Should the AI reference anything beyond your website? Some examples of what you can include are:

  • Other websites/URLs
  • FAQ text/document
  • Files/Documents with important information

Team Access

Who should have access to view leads and use the CRM?

  • Provide the first name, last name, and email for each user.

AI Receptionist Guidelines (For Premium Only)

Please provide the following:

  • Any specific tone preferences or instructions
  • Decision-making rules or protocols
  • Required info to collect from customers (default is: name, phone number, and email)
    • Let us know if you need additional fields!

Once we have everything set up, we will pass off access to the Ui.Marketing CRM where you can manage all of your leads, configure your Conversations AI, and integrate any other platforms where you communicate with your customers to have a single solution to manage everything!
