Why is there no data showing on my charts?

An overview of why users may see no data within our reporting charts

This could be due to the selections made in the sidebar. Try updating your date range or product to see if data populates.

If you are missing conversion data:

  • Please try filtering to a different date range, advertiser, campaign, or ad group in the report filters menu.
  • Conversions must be set up on your campaign/ad set for this chart to display data.
  • If you should be seeing data but are not, please check your pixel placement.
