Why is the CTR low on my Device ID (DID) campaign?

This article discusses why you may be seeing a lower CTR on your DID campaigns.

For Device ID campaigns, a low click-through rate (CTR) isn’t unusual. These campaigns are optimized for foot traffic, not clicks. The main performance indicators are how many people saw the ad and then visited a location, which is measured in monthly foot traffic reports.

That said, if you want to improve CTR, refreshing the creative can help. If the same ads have been running for a while, people may start ignoring them. We recommend updating creatives every 4–6 weeks and using strong calls to action to keep the ads engaging.
