Why does my reach report show zero uniques?

What to do when the report reads zero uniques.

Our DSP uses a universally-accepted data science model to approximate the distinct user and household counts across your media buy based on cross-device data. If the DSP feels they do not have enough data to share an accurate, unique count, they will not share these metrics in reporting, and that particular metric will populate a “0” in reporting.

This is a more common occurrence when you are not using audience targeting, and publishers are not sending us a persistent ID. 

To assist this, apply a broad audience target or select the checkbox only to target trackable users so that you can avoid not being able to report on a unique person and household reach.
