Why Am I Seeing Conversions but No Clicks or Impressions?
If your campaign has ended and you're seeing conversions but no new clicks or impressions, don’t worry — this is expected.
Conversions can still be tracked after a campaign ends, thanks to attribution windows:

View-thru and click-thru conversions can show up for up to 90 days after someone sees or clicks an ad.
So even if no new activity is showing, conversions may still appear from users who interacted with the ad during the campaign flight.
