Why am I not getting leads from my Display or Email campaign?

If leads and conversions is what the client is after, it would be best to put the full budget toward SEM/SEO vs Display

Our Display products are great for branding and increasing client website traffic. Display products, and Email, are top-funnel products. They will build awareness of the brand but are not the best at producing actual leads/conversions/calls/form fills.

SEM/SEO is more bottom-funnel and is great for converting website traffic to actual leads for the client.
