What Does “Other” Mean in Geo Reporting?

If you're seeing an "Other" category in the geographic section of your campaign report, this article explains what it means and why it appears.

Why “Other” Appears in Geo Reporting

In the geo section of the ui.marketing reporting dashboard, an "Other" category may appear when the system receives more geographic data than it can display individually.

To ensure performance and readability, the dashboard only displays the top 1,000 locations, sorted by impression delivery. If the campaign serves impressions to more than 1,000 distinct geographic areas, any locations beyond the top 1,000 are grouped together under "Other."

Key Points to Remember

  • "Other" represents all remaining locations outside the top 1,000 by impressions.

  • This grouping helps maintain performance and a cleaner reporting view.

  • It is not an error—just a summarization method to handle large datasets.
