🔁 What Is a Matchback Report?
A Matchback Report is available for Email Match and Device ID (DID) Address Match campaigns. It helps show how effective the campaign was by connecting your target audience to your CRM list of actual customers.
Matchback reports are only avalible in the US
🧩 How Does It Work?
We compare:

The audience we targeted in your campaign
-
The CRM list you send us (your actual customers)
If someone appears in both, they’ll show up in the Matchback Report.
It tells you: “This person from the ad campaign became a customer.”
✅ Before Sending Your CRM List
To ensure accurate matching, please clean your data first:

❌ Remove “Address Line 2” (e.g., apartment or suite numbers)

🧼 Make sure all addresses are in the 50 U.S. states (no Canada, Puerto Rico, etc.)

🚫 Remove PO Boxes and duplicates

📍 Every address must include Street, City, State, and Zip Code
