Web Development Services Pre-Sale Requirements
As part of our commitment to delivering high-quality Web Development services, all partners and clients are required to follow the Pre-Sale Ticket process before initiating any web development projects.
Purpose: The Pre-Sale Ticket process is designed to ensure that we have a comprehensive understanding of the project requirements and objectives from the outset. By gathering detailed project information, we aim to align the scope of work with our client’s needs and deliver successful outcomes.
Pre-Sale Ticket Submission
A Pre-Sale Ticket form must be submitted through Ui.Marketing Help Center before any web development project can begin and can be accessed through Ui.Marketing.
The form should be filled with as much relevant project information as possible. This includes project goals, branding details, desired features, design preferences, and any specific technical requirements.
Work cannot begin for any Web Development project without a presale ticket. If we do not receive a response on a pre-sale ticket within 30 days, the ticket will be closed. Pre-sales tickets are not required for Lite websites.
Work Process
Statement Of Work (SOW)
Based on the information gathered from the Pre-Sale Ticket process, our team will prepare a detailed proposal and scope of work for the services requested within two business days from when all of the client details are received. The proposal will outline the project’s objectives, deliverables, timelines, and associated costs.
Order Submission
Once the SOW is approved, the web development project will need to be submitted as an order within the Ui.Marketing platform. Once submitted, our web development team will reach out in the line item within two business days to confirm the order and to schedule the kickoff call. The turnaround times and next steps will be discussed with you, the partner, and the client on the kickoff call.
Required Assets and Information
Please fill out every field in the General tab when submitting a website order. Development won’t begin until all required information is provided.
Hosting charges and the 12-month hosting commitment begin as soon as website development starts, regardless of when/if the website ultimately goes live. If you have any questions, contact your partner success team.

Renewals
All hosting services require an initial commitment of 12 months. Once this 12-month minimum term is completed, the service will automatically transition to a month-to-month billing cycle.
Cancellations
Website hosting contracts require a minimum 12-month commitment. If a client chooses to cancel before completing the 12-month term, all remaining months in the contract will be billed in full during the month of cancellation. After fulfilling the initial commitment, hosting services will continue on a month-to-month basis and can be canceled at any time with written notice specifying the month in which cancellation should take effect. Services will not be prorated, and cancellation will be finalized at the end of the specified month.
If a client decides to move to another hosting provider, we will need to package their website files for transfer. A site file packaging fee will be applied at the time of cancellation (see rate card for details). The client is responsible for ensuring that their new provider updates the A Records for the domain. Failure to do so will result in the website being taken offline.
*Transfer Fee: a one-time fee applies to the package and transfer website files and domain assets if hosting is moved to another provider.
