Our approach to product feedback

Here at Ui.Marketing, we take product feedback very seriously. 

We believe that listening to our customers, team members, and prospects is a sure-fire way to build a better product. 

We use your feedback to identify the most important features, ideas, pain points, and opportunities so that you can get more value from our products as efficiently as possible. 

Ways to Submit Feedback

Idea Portal

  • Actively working on

  • Recently released

If you see an idea that is of interest to you, please upvote it and tell us why! We ask you for the following information:

  1. How important is this to you?

  2. Why do you need this?

  3. Your email address

This allows us to better tailor the end result to your needs. We also can keep you informed of any progress made on releasing that idea to Ui.Marketing.

Submit Idea

If you have an idea that you don’t see within the Portal, feel free to submit it to us! Similar to the Portal, we will ask you for the following information:

  1. How important is this to you?

  2. Why do you need this?

  3. Your email address

What happens to your product feedback

All new requests are sent to our Product team to review. Each piece of feedback is reviewed as associated to any existing ideas we already are looking into. If your feedback does not fall into an existing idea, don't fret! We keep all feedback and wait until we see an increase in feedback for a similar idea which helps us prioritize what we should work on next. 

Every quarter our Product Team prioritizes your feedback and decides whether to move forward with your request. If we decide to build a feature or make an improvement, the status will change to "Under Consideration", “Planned”, or “Building”. It will then be added to our product roadmap. We will always provide an explanation as to the nature of the status update. 

Our product feedback portal always has the most up-to-date information about our products and what we are building next. 

If you reach out to our Product Support team, they’ll be able to look up ideas for you, but they won’t have any additional information or be able to provide an estimate for when your request will be reviewed.
