This functionality aims to enable seamless sharing of our proposal, order, and reporting data with our partners, allowing them to automatically integrate the information into their systems as needed. Whether our partners use different platforms for order management or reporting, this feature will save them significant time by streamlining the data transfer process. This integration ensures they can easily access and utilize our data within their preferred tools, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual work.

UI Marketing Proposal Information

  • Customer Benefit: Sales Opportunity Data Tracking
  • Description: This feature provides essential information on Sales Opportunity Proposals, including:
    • Wholesale vs. Retail Rates: Compare product pricing effectively.
    • Proposed Retail Budgets: View estimated budgets for retail initiatives.
    • Monthly Allocation Goals: Set specific targets for each product.
  • Users can also access insights on all proposals submitted by sales representatives within the sales pipeline.

UI Marketing Order and Line Item Information

  • Customer Benefit: Sold Order Data and In-Progress Updates
  • Description: This feature offers essential insights on Sold Orders and Line Items, including:
    • Wholesale vs. Retail Rates: A clear comparison of product pricing.
    • Monthly Allocation Goals: Defined targets for each product.
    • Status Tracking: Line item statuses ranging from Sold to Complete.
  • Users can access information by division or advertiser and review monthly sold orders.

Third-Party Platform Reporting Data

  • Customer Benefit: Tactic-Based Performance Data by Day
  • Description: This feature provides daily performance metrics from various third-party platforms, including:
    • Geographic Data: Insights by Zip Code and DMA.
    • Creative Data: Performance information for ads.
    • Line Item Data: Detailed campaign metrics.
  • Users can analyze daily trends to identify opportunities for targeting or creative strategy adjustments.

How It Works:

  • Step 1:  Users create Proposals in Ui.Marketing **This step is optional and can be skipped if not required.**
    • Proposal Data saved in Google Big Query (GBQ) real-time
  • Step 2: Users convert Proposals to Orders OR Create Orders without Proposals in Ui.Marketing
    • Order Data saved in Google Big Query (GBQ) real-time
  • Step 3: Adcellerant creates campaigns in 3rd party platforms and links the Ui.Marketing Order/Line Items to 3rd party platform
    • An integration between 3rd party platform and Ui.Marketing is successful
    • Adcellerant sets Go-Live date of campaign
    • Campaign goes Live
  • Step 4: Performance Metrics saved in Google Big Query (GBQ) 24 hours after the campaign is live.
    • 3rd party platform data saved in Google Big Query (GBQ) daily
  • Step 5: Partners can authenticate and access data via Google Big Query (GBQ)
    • Authentication can happen with either a Gmail account or a Google Service Account
  • Step 6: Partner provides authentication method, which data (Proposals, Orders, Platform Metrics) they want access to, and how far back (historical data) they would like loaded.
    • Adcellerant authenticates access to data for partner
