How to access, search and filter through orders / line items

Step-by-Step Walkthrough for Orders Table Searching & Filtering

  1. When users click on Orders, they can view orders they have purchased.

  2. Click on the search bar to search for orders by Order Name. 
  3. Click on Customize to customize which columns appear within your orders table. Users can toggle columns on/off and adjust the position of columns within their table. Column options are;  Actions, Order Name, Partner, Division, Advertiser, Sales Representative, Line Item Status, Start and End Date, Date Received, Created [Date], Order ID.
  4. Click Add Filters to add filters to your orders table to only display specific orders. You can filter by; Division, Advertisers, Requesters, and Sales Representatives. 
  5. Once you have customized your orders table to show the information you want, don't forget to Save View. This will then save the view you created, and you can navigate to it at any time in the left-hand secondary navigation menu under "Saved Views". 

Line Items Table

Step-by-Step Walkthrough for Line Items Table Searching & Filtering

  1. Navigate to the line items table. 
  2. Search for a line item by the line item name. 
  3. You can also customize the line items table columns by clicking Customize. Turn on/off columns or adjust the column positions by dragging and dropping them within the menu. 
  4. Next, click Add Filters to add filters to your table to only see applicable line items. You can filter the table by; Dates, Division, Advertisers, Order Name, Status, Flags, Requesters, External IDs, Products, Assignees, Followers, Line Item ID, Product Manager, Product Classes, and Sales Representatives. 
  5. Once you have added your filters and your customizations, don't forget to click Save View to save this line item table view to come back to later. You can navigate to it at any time in the left-hand secondary navigation menu under "Saved Views".
