Why does my report say “No Data Available”?

An overview of why users may see no data within our reporting charts

If you see no data in your report, it could be because of the filters you selected. Try changing the date range, product, advertiser, campaign, or ad group to see if data appears.

If conversion data is missing:

  • Make sure conversions are set up correctly for your campaign or ad set.

  • Check that the conversion tracking pixel is placed properly on your landing page.

If you expect to see data but don’t, reviewing these settings usually helps!
