What is in the Recommendation
Recommended Proposals
Once you generate your proposal, the recommendation engine will produce a pre-populated proposal based on the path you chose and the selections made in prior steps.
The recommended proposal will look very similar to the manual tool, you can view the media mix at the top to see all products recommended and click into each tab to see details for each campaign.
Ability to add on additional products
The recommended proposal is not finalized, users can add or remove products the same way they would in the manual proposal tool that deviates from the recommendations.
You can add and remove any products you would like.
Please note: Any review products recommended or manually added will still need to go through the review process.
Showing what products were recommended
Star indicators will show on each campaign that was recommended through the tool.
- Star indicators will only show on recommended proposals
- If users manually add in a new product, the star will not show
- If users change the product on a recommended campaign, the star will be removed
- Updating budget, notes, add ons, etc will not remove the star. Only changing the product type will do this.
- If users clone the product or proposal, stars will be removed from the cloned campaigns.
Requesting a re-recommendation
If users would like to request a re-recommendation on their proposal, they can click the regenerate button at the top of the page.
Once they select this, a modal will appear where they can update the goal, dates, and budget. Please note that generating a re-recommendation will clear out the current proposal and replace it with the new recommendation.
In addition, recommended proposals that are under review, have ever been under review, or have been sold will not be able to be re-recommended.
Adding context on why products were recommended
Text will autofill in the notes field for all recommended products explaining why this product was recommended. Users have the ability to include our reasoning or add/remove additional information they want for each campaign.
This information is displayed in the PDF and is specific to each campaign. Click here to learn more about how our custom text field works on the proposal tool.
Showing what products were recommended
When a recommended proposal is generated, users will see star indicators next to the name of all recommended campaigns. These star indicators are a great way to differentiate between the recommended products and those that were manually added.
In the above example, the BASIC campaign with the star indicator was recommended by the proposal tool and the NATIVE campaign with no star was manually added to the proposal.
