How to provide us with Google Tag Manager (GTM) access
To give publish access to a Google Tag Manager (GTM) account to a new user, follow these steps
Google Tag Manager (GTM) is a free tool from Google that allows you to manage and deploy marketing tags (snippets of code or tracking pixels) on your website or mobile app without needing to modify the underlying code directly.
To create new tags in the client's GTM, they need to grant us Publish container permissions. Follow the steps below to do this:

Log in to GTM:
- Go to Google Tag Manager and log in with your Google account.

Select the Account:
- In your GTM dashboard, select the account you want to manage.

Go to Admin:
- Click on the "Admin" tab in the top navigation bar.

Access User Management:
- Under the "Account" column (on the left side), click on "User Management."

Add a New User:
- Click the "+" icon in the upper-right corner and select "Add Users."

Enter User Details:
- Enter our email (Please ask your AM for the correct email address to share access with).
- You’ll see two sections for setting permissions: Account Permissions and Container Permissions.

Set Account Permissions:
- Under Account Permissions, select "Admin" to give the user full administrative rights over the account, including managing users and account settings.

Set Container Permissions:
- Under Container Permissions, click "Set all" to apply permissions to all containers within the account.
- In the dropdown menu, select "Publish" to grant the user publish access across all containers in the account.

Save:
- Click "Invite" to send the invitation to the new user.
