How to add targeting to line items from new order submission

How to add targeting to new orders created without a proposal

Once you submit an order, you're unable to update the following tabs:

• General
• Allocations
• Assets
• Targeting

You'll only be able to make updates through the "Messaging" tab. This will be where you'll add/update targeting elements
