Submitting issues within Ui.Marketing
If you believe you are seeing an issue on our system, you can report it to the Ui.Marketing Support team to take a further look.
There are a couple of ways you can access our support forms to submit a bug:
- In Campaign Hub, click on the Question Mark icon and select "Submit Support Ticket"
- In the Help Center Homepage, click on 'Contact Product'
- Click directly on this link
Helpful Tips When Reporting a Bug
- Include as much information as possible
- Describe the error step by step. What you clicked on when you saw the error, what browser you are using, if you have seen this happen before, etc. There is no such thing as too much information, include anything you can.
- Attach Screen Shots or Video Recordings
- Including a visual representation of the bug will help the support team troubleshoot the issue.
- Look for related articles in the support help center
- Some issues can be fixed by using one of our other help topics. Feel free to search our Resource Center for helpful tips or troubleshooting guides.
- Work with the support team on resolution
- Depending on the issue, one of the support team members may suggest hopping on a call to see the error. Screensharing can mediate back-and-forth questions on a ticket.
