How do I generate a report for an Advertiser?

An overview for loading up an Advertiser report for specific products

How to access the new reporting dashboard

Once you are logged into Campaign Hub, click the reports tab in the header to be taken to the new reporting page.

Start building your custom Report

When the report screen loads, you will see a sidebar with different dropdowns to choose from. Start creating a report by filling in the filters on the left. Once we have enough information, your report will begin to populate. At a minimum, you will need to fill in all required fields, indicated with a red star, for report data to populate.

Choosing your date range

The date ranges selected on the report will determine the data displayed on the report. The default date picker is "Past 30 Days". However, you can select the dropdown and choose from an array of dates.  If the custom date range is chosen, additional dates will populate. Users can either click on the dates to open a calendar picker or manually enter dates in the boxes.

Once the report populates, date range selections will also be available at the top right corner of the report. This date dropdown functions the same as the one on the sidebar, updating one date picker will update the other.

Selecting your Partner, Division and Advertiser

In order to generate report data, you will need to choose the Partner, Division, and Advertiser you would like to see data for. Depending on your access level, you may have limited selections to choose from.

Please note at a minimum, you will need to choose an advertiser in order for the reporting page to populate.

If you would like to get even more granular with the data, you can choose a campaign and ad group, to only view data for those specific selections.

Selecting Your Product

The product selected will determine the campaigns that are reported on and charts that are displayed.

  • Geofencing, Display, and Native campaigns
  • Streaming TV, Pre-Roll, and Audio campaigns

Navigating the reporting page

  • Once minimum requirements are met, the reporting page will begin to populate with data. Users can go back to the dropdown and update any data points they would like and the reporting page will automatically update with the new requirements.
  • Specific charts and graphs will change based on the product chosen. These will also be determined based on what "level" you are viewing, i.e. advertiser, campaign, or ad group level.
