      How can you have 0 impressions but a 100% completion rate?

      The completion rate is calculated by taking the total number of Player Completed Views divided by the total number of Player Starts. This is then multiplied by 100 to be displayed as a percentage. 

      Please note that impressions do not factor into the completion rate. For example, you could have one player start, but the user completed the video 9 times.
