A list of holidays we are closed, with turnaround times to ensure we can best serve you.

Urgent Requests

AdCellerant will try to accommodate requests for the urgent processing of orders whenever possible, in accordance with the following guidelines:

  • The order must be of a time-sensitive nature (i.e. weekend sale or special event).
  • All assets must be available at the time of request. Any order that does not contain all assets will not be accepted as an urgent order.
  • Urgent orders, once approved, will be processed within 1 business day. This means the order will be set up and activated within 1 business day. We cannot guarantee the GO LIVE time, since we are subject to an approval process of up to 1 business day based on the exchanges.
  • Urgent orders received on a Thursday after 2pm EST are not guaranteed to run over the weekend.

Martin Luther King Jr. Day

AdCellerant Headquarters will be closed Monday, January 19th in recognition of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
  • In accordance with our business rules and the 3-business-day turnaround for display orders, any order with a start date of January 19th MUST be submitted with all assets in place by 12 PM MT, January 14th. 
  • All email campaigns sending on January 20th must be submitted with all assets in place by 12 PM MT, January 13th AND approved by 12 PM MT, January 14th.

Memorial Day

AdCellerant Headquarters will be closed Monday, May 25th in recognition of the Memorial Day Holiday.

  • In accordance with our business rules and the 3-business-day turnaround for display orders, any order with a start date of May 25th MUST be submitted with all assets in place by 12 PM MT, Wednesday, May 20th. 

  • All email campaigns sending on May 25th must be submitted with all assets in place by 12 PM MT, Tuesday, May 19th AND approved by 12 PM MT, Wednesday, May 20th.

Juneteenth 

AdCellerant Headquarters will be closed Friday, June 19th in recognition of Juneteenth.

  • In accordance with our business rules and the 3-business-day turnaround for display orders, any order with a start date of June 19th MUST be submitted with all assets in place by 12 PM MT, Tuesday, June 16th. 

  • All email campaigns sending on June 19th must be submitted with all assets in place by 12 PM MT, Monday, June 15th AND approved by 12 PM MT Tuesday, June 16th.

Independence Day

AdCellerant Headquarters will be closed Friday, July 3rd in recognition of the U.S. Independence Day Holiday.

  • In accordance with our business rules and the 3-business-day turnaround for display orders, any order with a start date of July 3rd MUST be submitted with all assets in place by 12 PM MT, Tuesday, June 30th. 

  • All email campaigns sending on July 3rd must be submitted with all assets in place by 12 PM MT, Monday, June 29th AND approved by 12 PM MT Tuesday, June 30th.

Labor Day

AdCellerant Headquarters will be closed Monday, September 7th in recognition of the Labor Day Holiday.

  • In accordance with our business rules and the 3-business-day turnaround for display orders, any order with a start date of September 7th MUST be submitted with all assets in place by 12 PM MT, Wednesday, September 2nd. 

  • All email campaigns sending on September 7th must be submitted with all assets in place by 12 PM MT, Tuesday, September 1st AND approved by 12 PM MT, Wednesday, September 2nd.


Thanksgiving

AdCellerant Headquarters will be closed Thursday, November 26th and Friday, November 27th in recognition of the U.S. Thanksgiving Day Holiday.

  • In accordance with our business rules and the 3-business-day turnaround for display orders, any order with a start date of November 26th or November 27th MUST be submitted with all assets in place by 12 PM MT, Monday, November 23rd.

  • All email campaigns sending on November 26th or November 27th must be submitted with all assets in place by 12 PM MT, Friday, November 20th AND approved by 12 PM MT Monday, November 23rd.

Christmas

AdCellerant Headquarters will be closed Thursday, December 24th, and Friday, December 25th for the Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Holidays.

  • In accordance with our business rules and the 3-business-day turnaround for display orders, any order with a start date of December 24th or December 25th MUST be submitted with all assets in place by 12 PM MT, Monday, December 21st. 

  • All email campaigns sending on December 24th or December 25th must be submitted with all assets in place by 12 PM MT, Friday, December 18th, AND approved by 12 PM MT Monday, December 21st.

New Year's Day

AdCellerant Headquarters will be closed Thursday, January 1st for the New Year's Day Holiday.

  • In accordance with our business rules and the 3-business-day turnaround for display orders, any order with a start date of January 1st MUST be submitted with all assets in place by 12 PM MT, Monday, December 29th. 
  • All email campaigns sending on January 1st must be submitted with all assets in place by 12 PM MT, Friday, December 26th AND approved by 12 PM MT Monday, December 29th.
