FAQs

  1. How long will it be before the product team reviews my idea(s)?

    1. Items will be reviewed by the product team as they are received. Depending on the request, we will associate it to an existing idea or wait until we get similar feedback to start investigating. Our roadmapping meetings occur quarterly. 

  2. My request hasn’t been reviewed yet and I submitted it 6+ months ago. What can I do?

    1. Rest assured we look at every single piece of feedback that is submitted. We never delete a request and will take it into account when we look at our roadmap. If we receive a lot of requests about a similar idea, we will put that idea into "Under Consideration" status. Feel free to upvote that idea to stay updated on its progress.
