General Information About Email Notifications
You will receive email notifications from Ui.Marketing when a message occurs on a line item you are the requester, follower, or assignee on. You will also get a notification when a CSV download is complete.
All emails come from no-reply@ui.marketing.com
When you receive an email for a specific line item the subject will always be: "Line Item Name - New Status" or "Line Item Name - New Order Message". You will have a link within the email body to the line item that was updated.
When you receive an email for a CSV download, the subject will be "Download Complete" with a link to download the file.
If you'd like to stop receiving email notifications, please reach out to Product Support and we'll manually remove you.
Can I respond to messages via email?
Message notifications will be received in the Notification Center and via email. The email notification has a link that will allow users to click and be re-directed to the messaging tab in Ui.Marketing. Users are not able to respond to the email notification directly.
Can I resubscribe to email notifications?
If you unsubscribe from email notifications and wish to receive them again, please reach out to our Support team. They can get you resubscribed.

What do I do if I don’t receive my notifications in my email inbox?
Please reach out to your IT team before Ui.Marketing Support. This issue is most likely because of your company's DNS records that need to be adjusted to include our new Ui.Marketing email address.
