Email Campaign Products Overview

Discover our suite of email advertising products, including Standard Emails, In-Market Emails, Redeploy options, and MatchBack reporting—designed to optimize targeting, increase engagement, and demonstrate ROI.

Please note: Email campaigns are available exclusively to U.S.-based clients.

1. Standard Email

What It Is:
Standard Email is our core email product. Campaigns are sent to opted-in users from our email database using information provided by our partners.

Targeting Criteria Includes:

  • Email engagement

  • Demographics

  • Interests

  • Location

This ensures each message reaches the most relevant audience.

Send Volume Tiers:
Standard Email campaigns use tiered pricing based on the total number of emails sent.

2. In-Market Email

What Makes It Unique:
In-Market Emails target users actively searching for your advertiser’s product or service. It is a premium targeting option that typically generates higher engagement and response rates than standard emails.

  • Minimum send: 32,500 emails per campaign

How It Works:
We determine in-market status based on real-time web behavior. Here's how:

  1. We track websites and pages visited by users in the past 24 hours.

  2. This activity is compiled into a daily trigger file, including:

    • IP addresses

    • Mobile Ad IDs (MAIDs)

  3. We validate the data using tools like MaxMind (also used by The Trade Desk).

  4. Validated triggers are then matched to our 250 million-user email database to finalize the target audience.

3. Redeploy Options

What Is a Redeploy?
A Redeploy is a follow-up email sent only to users who opened the original campaign. This strategy helps reinforce the message and increase engagement.

Redeploy Type Depends on Original Campaign:

  • Standard Email → Standard Redeploy

  • In-Market Email → In-Market Redeploy

Timing Recommendation:

  • Wait 8–10 days after the initial send.
Emails tend to remain active for that time frame.

Important Notes:

  • Audience and geographic targeting cannot be changed for a redeploy.

  • The same targeting used in the original email will apply.

4. MatchBack Reporting

What Is It?
A MatchBack Report compares the campaign’s target audience to a client’s CRM list. It identifies which users from the email campaign also appear on the client’s list—showing real conversions from the campaign.

Use Case:
This is a valuable tool for proving campaign ROI to advertisers.

Availability:

  • Can be run for any campaign within one year of the original send date.
