What’s the Difference Between a Follower and a Listener?

• Follower:
  A follower is an existing Ui.Marketing user with a login. They have access to multiple areas of the platform such as orders, line items, and reporting for their partner or division. You can search for followers by their full name, and their email address appears under their name to help confirm you’ve selected the right person.
• Listener:
  A listener is not a Ui.Marketing user. They can participate by responding within a specific line item but only have visibility into messages related to that particular line item. Listeners cannot access other tabs or sections (like General, Assets, or Allocations) tied to the line item—they receive notifications but only see messaging. Listeners can be added by entering their email address.
