What is the difference between a follower and a listener?

A follower is an existing Ui.Marketing user. A listener is a non-Ui.Marketing user.

• Follower: A follower is a user that already has a login for Ui.Marketing. They have access to various areas of our platform like orders, line items, and reporting for their partner and/or division. You can search for followers by their "Full Name". You will see their email address under their name to confirm that it is the right user you are looking for. 
• Listener: A listener is someone who is not an existing user in Ui.Marketing. A listener can respond within a line item but is only able to see messaging for the specific line item they are a listener of. They are not able to see anything else or other tabs (e.g. General, Assets, Allocations, etc) related to that line item. In short, this user will get notifications about this line item but will only be able to see messages. 
  
  • A listener can be added by entering that person's email address.
