The Premium plan includes an AI Voice Receptionist in addition to the Chat Assistant. The voice assistant can answer questions and capture leads over the phone.
How does the Chat Assistant know how to answer questions?
The Chat Assistant is trained using materials provided by the client. By default, we start by training it on the client’s website, and it can also be trained on additional documents or resources as needed.
How is the Chat Assistant placed on the website?
It’s as easy as placing a pixel. If the advertiser is experienced, we can provide a code snippet with step-by-step instructions. We can also walk through the setup on a call—or, if preferred, handle the placement for you.
What languages can the Chat Assistant and Voice Receptionist Speak?
The AI assistants can be trained in any language. They can be configured to respond in the same language the question is asked, or to always default to English.
Can you pre-program responses to specific questions, or is it fully automated?
Yes, you can pre-program the Chat Assistant or Voice Receptionist to respond to specific questions in a particular way. Otherwise, it will automatically generate responses based on the materials it was trained on.
