Step-by-Step Guide to Configure Conversations AI Chat Appearance
- Navigate to your Ui.Marketing Business App link that was provided to you by our team.
If you have lost it, don't hesitate to navigate back to the line item where we shared this with you. - Click "AI workforce".
- Click "Configure" under the Chat receptionist.
- Click on "Settings" under the "Chat Widget" Channel.
- From here, you can...
- Update the name of your widget here. This can be the name of your business or a name specific for the AI.
- Add a custom Welcome greeting to display when a user first sees the chat. You can see a preview in the bottom right-hand corner.
- Adjust the color scheme of your AI chat to match your brand under Appearance.
- Get the snippet to add the widget to your website either as a Floating chat widget or an Embedded chat widget.
- Once you have made your changes, don't forget to click Save!
Conversations AI Chat Setting Requirements

| Web Chat Position | Required | Select the bottom corner position where the widget will appear on the screen (left or right). |
| Mobile Call-to-Action Popup | On/Off Toggle | Choose whether to display the message popup on mobile screens for new visitors, or if only the circular chat button should appear. |
