How to Clone an Order into a Proposal

Learn how to turn an existing Order into a new Proposal to present to your advertiser

🔁 How to Clone an Order into a Proposal

  1. Go to https://ui.marketing/campaign-hub/orders

  2. Find the order you want to clone.

  3. Click the "Actions" (ellipsis) icon.

  4. Click "Clone Order".

  5. Select "Proposal" and click "NEXT".

✏️ Customize the New Proposal

  1. Click the "Advertiser" field to change the advertiser (if needed).

  2. Click the "Proposal Name" field to rename your proposal.

  3. (Optional) Change the Start Date and End Date using the calendar icons.
    ⚠️ Note: This will update all existing line items within the proposal.

  4. Click "CLONE."

  5. Update the budget fields if they differ from the original order.

✅ Finalize and Submit

  1. Once you’ve made any necessary changes to the line items, click "REVIEW PROPOSAL."

  2. From here, you can:

  • Download the proposal

  • Submit it as a new order
