Bulk Messaging Line Items

You can now send a bulk message to multiple line items within an order

If your order has multiple line items, you can send a message to multiple line items within that order. This can help save you time when you need to relay the same information across various line items. 

How to Send a Bulk Message in an Order

  1. Go to the Orders Page
    Navigate to: https://ui.marketing/campaign-hub/orders

  2. Select the Relevant Order
    Click on the order that contains the line items you want to message.

  3. Select Line Items
    From the order view, check the box next to the line items you want to include.

  4. Access the Action Bar
    Once line items are selected, an action bar will appear at the bottom of the screen.

  5. Click “Message”
    In the action bar, click the "Message" button.

  6. Compose Your Message
    A sidebar will open. Type your message in the text field. You can also attach files here if needed.

  7. Send the Message
    Click "SEND BULK MESSAGE" to deliver your message to all selected line items.
