BetterChat Business Rules & Workflow

This article discusses our business rules and workflow for our BetterChat product

Business Rules

  • Partner is liable for a minimum of 6 months of billing for every BetterChat client

  • Billing begins when the script is sent

  • Insertion orders submitted after the 21st of the month will be pushed to the following month for activation

Workflow

  1. Order is submitted within the Support Portal.
  2. We will respond within one business day, confirming receipt.
  3. Client will provide the logo.
  4. If the campaign starts that month, we will respond within two business days with the script, installation instructions, and login credentials.
  5. If the campaign starts at a later date, we will respond on the start date of the campaign with the script, installation instructions, and login credentials.
  6. Client passes the script to the webmaster, and the webmaster installs the chatbot.
    *Please specify in the ticket if we built the site or if someone else is actively managing it.
  7. Once installed, the client will test the bot. If any edits or customizations need to be made, the client will notify us in the ticket.
     *If there are any custom requests outside the scope of the base product, then additional fees may apply.
  8. We will set up an onboarding call to review edits or customizations.
  9. We will respond within three business days to confirm that changes have been made to the chatbot.
