What are Automated Review Responses? 

Automated Review Responses is an enhancement to Local SEO that helps eligible advertisers manage customer reviews more efficiently.

It provides unlimited AI-generated responses for 4- and 5-star reviews each month at no additional cost. Responses to 1- to 3-star reviews continue to be handled manually by our team within the existing monthly product limits. 

Which Local SEO Products include Automated Review Responses?

Automated Review Responses is available for eligible LocalOne, Local Standard, and Local Pro campaigns.
What does “eligible” mean for Automated Review Responses? Automated Review Responses is not available for campaigns set up in our alternative reporting platform. 
How does an advertiser opt-out of Automated Review Responses?  Upon order submission, let our team know that the advertiser does not want to opt-in to Automated Review Response. 
Does the automatic opt-in apply to existing campaigns? Existing campaigns will transition upon renewal or moving month-to-month.
