Below are the creative specs for Amazon display banners. 

Image Banner Ads

ALL creatives must be built at 2X the size. 

For example, the Mobile Detail & Search Results Page creative, 414x125, should be built at 828x250 px. The Medium Recteangle, 300x250, must be built at 600x500 px.

We highly recommend supplying us with the Amazon specific Mobile Detail & Search Results Page banner size.
