How to Add and Remove Products on a Proposal

Once the proposal is built, users can still add and remove individual products on a proposal prior to it being sold

Step-by-Step

  1. Navigate to the Proposal you wish to add/remove products from.

  2. On the Products page, you can easily remove or add products. To remove, simply click the trash can icon.
  3. To add products, scroll down and click "add product".

  4. Click the "Product Class" field and search for the type of product you want to add, Video, Display, Geofencing, etc.
  5. Click the "Select a product..." field and search for the specific product name that you want to add.
  6. Double-click the "Budget (optional)" field and enter in your monthly retail budget. Then click "Next".
  7. To remove a line item/product, click on the ellipsis, then click "Delete".

  8. You can easily add another product/line item by clicking the ellipsis and clicking "Clone".
  9. You can also click "Add Another" underneath all of your current line items.
  10. You can also remove, edit, or add products from the Review page.
    1. Click the trashcan icon to delete line items/products.
    2. Click the pencil icon to edit any of your existing line items/products. 
  11. Lastly, on the Review page, underneath your line items, there is another button to "Add Line Item".
