Accessibility Widget Workflow

This article discusses the workflow needed for our Accessibility Widget product

There are multiple options for implementing the Accessibility Widget. Here are the requirements for the most common options at the time of booking.

For clients with a common CMS like WordPress:

  1. Client Site URL
  2. Client contact email for accessibility statement.
  3. CMS access AND OR Hosting access

For clients with non-CMS-based sites:

  1. Client Site URL
  2. Client contact email for accessibility statement.
  3. Hosting access

For Google Tag Manager users:

  1. Client Site URL
  2. Client contact email for accessibility statement.
  3. Google Tag Manager account access

Optionally, for clients that would like to implement the code themselves, we can supply the Script along with instructions for placing the script on their site.

Turnaround Times

The standard SLA for implementation will be 3-5 business days if access is provided and the CMS/Site technology is compliant with widget implementation.

Two days to process the order and validate access; however, if the proper access is not granted, the days will increase to validate and gain access.

Once we have confirmed access, we will configure and install the widget and then validate activation within 1-3 business days

Monthly Accessibility Audits: Our team will send monthly audits If we feel there are items that could use a manual engagement, we will indicate this and provide a way to request more details.
